I'm Ivan Hall, a BACP-registered counsellor based in Winchester. For over 20 years, I've worked alongside people in mental health and education, offering a calm, confidential space to untangle thoughts and move forward at your own pace.

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, feeling lost in a relationship, struggling to manage your anger, or just carrying a sense that something isn't right—our work together will be shaped around your story.
My style is warm and collaborative, drawing on evidence-based approaches like Transactional Analysis to help us understand the patterns that might be holding you back.
In our sessions, you won't find generic advice. Instead, we'll gently explore what's beneath the surface—the fears, the unresolved experiences—so you can build a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

Face to face appointments take place in my home office in Sparsholt, Winchester, Hampshire. There is parking available directly outside the property.

Counselling Fees

Individual counselling session (50 minutes): £60
Face-to-face, online, or telephone appointments are available.
Payment is due in advance or on the day of your session.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee. This allows me to offer the time to someone else who might need it.
